Privacy policy

This policy explains how Flamingo Packaging handles the information you share through this website.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number, the product or category you are interested in, the quantity and the message you write. We also receive the page you sent it from and the time it was sent.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to reply to your request with prices, availability and related questions about your order.

Where it goes

The form is delivered by email to the Flamingo Packaging inbox. If email delivery fails, a copy is kept on the website server until it is forwarded, then deleted. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or follow a link to one of our social media pages, that conversation is handled in those services under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any order that follows, and then delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies of its own.

Map on the contact page

The contact page shows an embedded Google Map of our office. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies and process data such as your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you prefer not to load it, use our written address instead.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent by emailing info@flamingopackaging.com.
